PSGCNJ offers a series of career development workshops at the Somerville One Stop Career Center.

These PSG Training Workshops are in addition to the Career Beacons offered by the NJ Department of Labor, and will count toward full PSGCNJ membership. They also satisfy the Department of Labor requirements for career transition training, education grants and tuition waivers.

  • Before you take the series of workshops described below, you must have your OSCC white scan card and must have already registered to use DOL’s services. You also have to have already taken the PSG Orientation workshop (e.g., the prior Friday).
  • New members are strongly encouraged to participate in the weekly cycle which includes a career development workshop for each day of the week.
  • These PSG Training Workshops are approximately 4 hours in length and will begin each day promptly at 12:30PM.
  • Class size is limited to 15 participants and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Registration Instructions:
    1. Download the PSGCNJ Training Registration Form (click on the form and save to your PC).
    2. Complete the form, especially the date of the DOL/PSG Orientation you attended. Save the completed form to your PC.
    3. Email the completed form as an attachment to psgcnj_trainingreg@yahoo.com.
  • Please note: Registration must be received 7 days prior to the start of the session.
  • A confirmation message will be sent to you via the e-mail address you provide on your form. You are NOT officially enrolled in any session until you receive this e-mail confirmation.
